The above pictured Chenoweth cousins communicated with each other via the INTERNET and decided to meet at that famous genealogical resource, The Allen County Library, at Fort Wayne, Indiana. This meeting occurred on March 27, 1998, and the results of the meeting was the establishment of the marvelous family activity featured at this website.

HERE'S MIKE:
Michael A. Chenoweth,
a retired engineer for Thomson Consumer Electronics in a division that manufactures color television tubes, is a native Hoosier. He is a graduate of Ball State University at Muncie, Indiana, with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Math Statistics. He served in the U. S. Navy for six years during the Vietnam Operation.
Chenoweth enjoys the outdoors, backpacking, car camping vacations and golfing with his twin grandchildren, Scott and Toby, and his lovely wife, Kay. Mike says he's an amateur at a lot of things including genealogy. His great-grandfather was Harvey R. Chenoweth, an unknown listing in the Harris book.

HERE'S BILL
William Chinworth,
bassoonist and music teacher, was born on December 12, 1937, at Elkhart, Indiana, but calls Warsaw, Indiana home. A graduate of Warsaw High School, Culver Summer Schools, and the University of Arizona, he has earned Bachelor of Music Education and Master of Music degrees. Chinworth is a retired lieutenant colonel in the Army Reserve
William has performed recitals in the Tucson and Prescott areas and has performed as bassoon soloist with orchestras in those two towns. He is a founding member of Sirocco, a wind quintet, and has performed in several orchestras in various states.
Affiliations include Music Educator's National Conference, Arizona Music Educator's Association, International Double Reed Society, and Kappa Kappa Psi, the band fraternity.
